This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Upload content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights

You retain all rights to your music and creative content. By uploading content to our platform, you grant SRND AI a limited license to use, analyze, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing marketing services. We do not claim ownership of your music or creative works.Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.The materials on SRND AI's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. SRND AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.In no event shall SRND Technologies LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SRND AI's platform, even if SRND AI or its authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.SRND AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
